I needed an exchange. Sent ring back with tracking number. After it was delivered and they had received it for two weeks, never heard back from the company. I had to contact them to begin the exchange process.

So far so good. Set up was easy and fit seems good.

I have small fingers so it feels big - to wide but isnt horrible

I love the ring.. but heart rate could be more accurate!! Does not seem to give very accurate heart rate as some other rings and watches??

I love the way the ring fits and feels. It took a while to get the ring set up because my charger was defective but with customer service we figured it out eventually.
