Direction booklet print too small. Cannot change into 12 hour clock format. Accurate readings. BP readings large and easy to read.

The Herz P1 BPM shipping was a bit slow snd the packaging was loose so the unit was banging around inside the box. Unit started right up. I had to remove the bartteries once to get it to start the date setting process correctly. Initial readings seem to be consistent and hopefully accurate. Documentation seems pretty clear. Unit seems to be good quality and the price reasonable.

Time set is only for 24 hrs, can’t change it to 12 hr format.

Fast results. Just started using it. Eye opener.

It is quiet, comfortable, and quick.

It took a long time to get here, but the product works as expected.

User friendly but a bit noisy. I replaced a different brand that was significantly quieter.
